I began my career at Don Richard Associates and, later, Acsys, where I served in national leadership roles in recruiting, sales, operations and marketing for the Mid-Atlantic region. I was part of the inception team that launched two of Acsys' specialty staffing practices: Legal and Financial Systems Implementations. I am an executive financial recruiter with industry focused practices in Law Firms and Real Estate/Hospitality/Construction companies. My client portfolio also includes Washington's top Media and Retail companies. As a Partner at JustinBradley, I have operational oversight of JustinBradley's marketing, advertising and corporate communications, as well as its community involvement and awareness programs. I am an advocate of ethics and professionalism in the staffing industry and serve on the Board of our industry association, the Capital Area Staffing Association.
